CROSS WALK ORANGE

Posted by Tom Alexander on May 5th, 2010

Orange, California. After walking the cross in Tustin (home to Trinity Broadcasting Network) I traveled a few miles to this beautiful and serene city. Parking the “go-ye-mobile” a couple blocks from the downtown area, I unloaded the ten-foot, 60-pound cross and walked east to this city’s main street. Immediately the car horns started up. CROSS WALK TUSTIN

Street Evangelist Tom Alexander praying for great revival to break out at TBN and the city of Tustin

Tustin, California. Home to Trinity Broadcasting Network, the largest Christian television ministry in the world. After walking the cross in Santa Ana, I loaded up the large cross on my “go-ye-mobile” and traveled the short distance to the television network.  I then visited Pastor Ed Smith at Trinity’s on-site Church.

We sat in those gold colored oversize chairs most people who’ve watched TBN have seen. Brother Ed and I had a great time of prayer for Tustin and the people living in this Orange County city. Crime exists in this city just like any other, and I shared with Brother Ed that I would be walking the cross in this area after we had prayed and fellowshipped for a while. CROSS WALK SANTA ANA

Posted by Tom Alexander on May 2nd, 2010

Santa Ana, California. A beautiful city in Orange County, and not far from Disneyland. Many times I had been here, but today I was on official business from the King of the universe, the Lord Jesus Christ. California’s Cross Walker would walk the cross downtown and throughout the city, praying for Great Revival to break out in this city.  Although the government agencies were taking a furlong day off to help with the recession, there certainly were many people downtown and hanging out at the government buildings. Street Evangelist Tom Alexander praying at City Hall and for the people of San Fernando

After walking the cross in Santa Clarita I headed south about 15 miles to this beautiful city. Parking the “go-ye-mobile” in First Baptist Church’s parking lot, I unloaded the 10-foot, 60-pound cross, and headed a couple blocks to the large Superior Court House building, hoisted the cross upright and prayed for the people of this medium-size town, that God would send the Spirit of Revival throughout the land. This was around noon and lots of individuals were leaving the Courthouse, including many jurors. Many spoke to me and thanked me for praying for their city and for them. I then cross walked the downtown area, headed for City Hall and the Police Station, to hoist the cross and pray for the men and women working at these government and municipal businesses as well. CROSS WALK SANTA CLARITA AND VALENCIA

Posted by Tom Alexander on April 19th, 2010

Monday, April 19th.

Cross Walk Southern California commences with this first Walk The Cross ministry in this large and beautiful Santa Clarita Valley known for its Magic Mountain amusement park. The long walk with the ten foot, 60-pound cross began at McBean Parkway and Valencia Blvd. This is a very heavily used intersection and as many as ten thousand cars passed by as I walked the cross east and then west for several miles. At each major intersection I hoisted the cross and prayed long and hard for the people of these valley cities. I prayed for widespread revival to break out among all the inhabitants.

I then turned my attention to the government part of this large community. Walking to the large City Hall building, I hoisted the cross and prayed for the major and the council members, as well as all city employees, that they all come to Jesus and begin a new life in Christ for the sake of the citizens of this valley community.
